The ChikShed came into being when my husband wanted to evict my passions from one of his worksheds.  He built onto the backside of that existing shed and created my first ChikShed and a space of my own.  Since then we have moved a couple of times and we have now built a gallery/studio on our new property overlooking the Ord River.
 The ChikShed has now been open since April 2019.

My Story

I first put my hands into clay when I was 18 while doing a night course at a local high school.  I fell in love with it straight away, but of course only took it on as a hobby for 30 years.  Now I am lucky enough to do pottery and fused glass work full time.
